Conspiracy
(Start the game with this conspiracy face down in the command zone. Turn this conspiracy face up at the beginning of your eighth turn's upkeep of the game.)
When 《》 is turned face up, each player draws up to three cards.
Will of the council - At the beginning of your fifteenth turn's end step, starting with you, each player votes for power or technique. If power gets more votes, a player whose creatures deal most combat damage wins this game. If technique gets more votes, a player who has casted most spells wins this game. If multiple players would be the winner, one of those players is chosen at random.
相撲は八百長、なんてconspiracy theoryもありましたね。
